During the weekend of October 3, the host/producer/webmaster was fortunate and blessed to attend the 30 year reunion of the Morrow Senior High (GA) Class of 1979 in McDonough, Georgia. Morrow is located in Clayton County in metropolitan Atlanta, north of McDonough, Henry County. The place for the festivities, Pilgreen's Ballroom on Lake Dow Road in McDonough, was probably the cheapest place that our chief organizer, Class President Ms. Paula Valiani, could ifind.
Yours truly saw a lot of his classmates for the first time in at least 15 years. He looked conscously for several of them, including Fred Zuschlag, who is a proud 1983 Auburn graduate. He had a prior engagement and could not attend. I would have liked to have heard from Mr. Zuschlag about the 5-0 start to the football season under rookie Head Coach Chizik. Auburn was beating Tennessee in Knoxville, during the activities. Incidentially, I ran into one of my classmates' husbands, who graduated from the Enemy from Tuscaloser's fine Business College, He was a very nice fellow. You never know who you run into.
